Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days to prepare & ship your order

Transit Times: Effective from April 28, 2021

US Shipping: Expedited, 2-4 business days

UK Shipping: 2-3 business days

Canada Shipping: Expedited, 3-5 business days

EU: Express, 2-3 business days

International: 5-7 business days depending on location.

Total delivery time = processing + transit time, excluding weekends.

All sales are final 

We do not offer refunds or sales adjustments on previous purchases. We Do not accept returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sagetbeauty.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or missing packages you will be asked to file a claim with the Carrier. You can still email us with a photo of the box and the product(s) that were damaged. 

For wrong Items please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package, include a photo of ALL the items received and the box it came in, so we can help you with your concern.  

Lost or stolen items

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders have left Saget Beauty warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with carrier and follow their guidelines. USPS and  Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION/NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure the Delivery address on your order is correct. We are NOT responsible for Mis-delivered or Undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses on orders. For packages that are Non-Deliverable and returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying a New Ship Fee. Ship Fee is based on the weight of the package and will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid in full before we will re-ship.

Exchanges only if wrong item was provided

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package, include a photo of ALL the items received and the box it came in, so we can help you with your concern.  After 24 hours we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. All original packing materials and boxes must be retained for inspection 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
